What is Hirefront?

Hirefront is a hiring intelligence platform built for recruiters and agencies. It tracks live job activity, growth trends, and team changes to reveal which companies are actively hiring, why they might need external help, and who the right decision-makers are to contact.

How is this different from LinkedIn Sales Navigator?

Sales Navigator shows you who works at companies. We show you when companies are actually hiring and who’s making those hiring decisions. It’s the difference between a phone book and a hiring hotline.

How accurate is the contact information?

We use multiple data sources and verify emails before sending alerts. Our contact accuracy rate is 85%+ for hiring managers and department heads.

Is this legal?

Absolutely. We only collect publicly available information that companies post intentionally to attract candidates. We respect all robots.txt files and rate limits.

What size companies work best?

We’re optimized for companies with 50-5000 employees. Smaller companies often don’t post publicly, and larger enterprises have too much noise to generate actionable insights.
